Refund Policy

1. We may carry out promotional activities in the future that may result in a discount on price. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of the discount, price matching or refunds for previous purchases are not available.

 

1.1 If you choose a subscription plan you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew for recurring subscription periods of the same duration until and unless you affirmatively cancel your subscription by contacting us in writing.  If your subscription has already renewed your cancellation will take affect before the next renewal period.  We will not refund previous renewal periods even if the account has no activity during that period.

 

1.2 You are creating AI Content. Due to the nature of AI learning, your results may not be unique and our Services may generate similar output if the same or similar input and style templates are provided to us by another user. No guarantees are made with respect to content quality and reliability. The prompts made by the user determine the output.  You may need to change the prompts several times to receive the output you desire.  You are charged for each image output you receive.  You are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of your results for use.
